Adrian Feolo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with an emphasis in sports performance rehabilitation. Originally from the DC metro area, he moved to Salt Lake to study Kinesiology and play Lacrosse at the University of Utah. He completed his graduate work at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions while coaching lacrosse and ski patrolling. After earning his doctorate, Adrian completed a residency program specific to athletic development and rehabilitation/return to performance for high level athletes with experiences with the US ski team, collegiate and professional field sport athletes, and weekend warriors alike.
Adrian’s areas of expertise are in sport specific lower extremity and shoulder rehab, functional mobility and core development for athletes, injury risk reduction, and integration of balance, vestibular, and neurocognitive training approaches. He enjoys focusing on these areas to give athletes an edge in performance optimization. Adrian frequently calls upon his background playing high level lacrosse, soccer, and track. Carlaine Myers holds a Master’s in Athletic Training and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Originally from Virginia, she moved to Alabama to study exercise science and compete in Division I soccer at the University of South Alabama. She earned her Master’s at the University of Arkansas, working with football and women’s soccer teams, before completing a fellowship in athletic training, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport at UC Davis, focusing on field hockey and women’s water polo.
Carlaine spent five years at Santa Clara University, rising to Assistant Athletic Director. In addition to managing internal operations of the Sports Medicine Department, she managed health and wellness for the Men’s and Women’s Soccer programs, contributing to the women’s team’s 2020 National Championship and the teams’ WCC titles in 2022. Her experience in high-level sports led her to work with the Utah Royals in the National Women’s Soccer League, where she collaborated with top performance coaches and medical staff to enhance performance and mitigate risk and injury.
Her expertise lies in sport-specific lower extremity rehabilitation, injury risk reduction, and integrating strength and conditioning approaches. Dr. Brittan Rooney is a ABPTS board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Physical Therapist, and Co-owner of Wasatch Sports Factory in Salt Lake City, Utah. Originally from Illinois, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Loras College, where she was a four year member of the Division III Loras College Women’s Soccer Team. She continued on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Creighton University in 2015.
Britt is trained in the area of sports & orthopaedics. She specializes in the management of upper and lower extremity musculoskeletal conditions, high level post operative return to sport rehab, spinal pain, headache management, and functional fitness. She holds additional certifications & training in dry needling, blood flow restriction training, cupping, and joint manipulation/mobilization techniques. Britt’s treatment style combines the use of skilled hands-on techniques, progressive functional exercise, and data to support her clinical decision making. WSF heavily utilizes technology from VALD, 1080, and Keiser to help their clients achieve their goals and return to what they love.
